Alchemy
This highly drinkable red blend is a nod to a classic burgundian PTG, with a substitution. 42.5% Pinot Noir, 42.5% Chardonnay, 15% Merlot. All fermented and barreled separately prior to blending and cross-flow filtration. 100% aged in French oak, with about 25% new in a mix of 500L puncheon and 228L barriques.

Paté, prosciutto, roast chicken with herbs, basil pesto pastas, meatballs, roasted carrots with vincotto.
Vibe
Mellow, fruity, leathery and earthy. Cherry, red plum, black currant, mulling spices, stony minerality.
Vintage Report
The year of the "winter that never happened." An extremely mild winter ended abruptly, prompting an early start and warm spring. Persistent rain and summer heat brought disease pressure, but diligent growers were rewarded with strong yields, quality fruit, and generous hang-time into fall.
