Alchemy
100% de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel using XPure + BRL19. Aged in 265L French oak barrels for 12 months, with 20% new. Full malolactic. Cross-flow filtered at 0.2 micron.

Mushroom risotto, duck confit, taleggio, black truffles, jollof with smoked mackerel, miso-crusted salmon, tuna sashimi.
Vibe
Soft, romantic, serene. Cherry, porcini mushroom, cedar, cinnamon bark.
Vintage Report
An aridly dry and surprisingly hot spring preceded a summer filled with rainfall. Disease pressures required careful management, but persistent growers were rewarded with a sunny and temperate harvest season with ideal conditions.
