Cold fermented in stainless steel with BA11. 8 months aging in tank on fine lees, no stirring. Cross-flow filtered at 0.2 micron.

Vibe
Vibrant, energizing, ambrosial. Crisp green apple, fresh lemon & lime, sea breeze, slate, orange blossom.
Vintage Report
An aridly dry and surprisingly hot spring preceded a summer filled with rainfall. Disease pressures required careful management, but persistent growers were rewarded with a sunny and temperate harvest season with ideal conditions.
